Services

Calibration, certification, installation, and repair.

Scheduled programs that keep devices inside tolerance, and emergency service for the days they are not. Answered 24 hours.

Emergency service answered 24/7
  1. Crew running ride-on power trowels across a fresh concrete floor inside a steel building shell

    Scale calibration

Calibration across every class of device, from a laboratory balance to a full weighbridge, using certified test weights carried on our own trucks. Devices are tested through the working range rather than at a single point, because a scale that reads correctly empty can still be out at capacity. Certificates are issued on completion.

    • Certified test weight loaded to working capacity
    • Tested across the range, not at a single point
    • Traceable calibration certificates issued on site
    • Scheduled annual and semi-annual programs

  2. Workers on an elevated platform installing steel wall sheeting on an industrial building frame

    Certification and Legal for Trade

Any device used to buy or sell by weight has to be certified before it goes into service and re-certified on a set cycle. We handle the inspection, correct whatever is holding the device back, and complete the documentation so the certification stands up.

    • Initial and periodic inspection
    • Fault correction before re-inspection
    • Certification records kept on file
    • Reminders ahead of the next due date

    Installation and commissioning

Supply and installation of new weighing systems, including foundation coordination for weighbridges, load cell and junction box wiring, indicator setup, and integration with ticketing or plant systems. Commissioned, calibrated, and certified before handover, with the operators shown how to run it.

  4. Excavator with a hydraulic breaker demolishing a reinforced concrete wall

    Service, maintenance, and emergency repair

Load cell failures, junction box corrosion, cable damage, indicator faults, and deck or approach problems. Scheduled maintenance catches most of it before it stops a scale, and when something does fail the phone is answered around the clock, including weekends.

    • Emergency calls answered 24 hours, 7 days
    • Load cell, cable, and junction box replacement
    • Indicator and printer faults
    • Preventive maintenance contracts

  5. Excavator and a padfoot compactor working a graded site pad on open prairie

    Scale rentals

Portable axle scales, floor scales, and crane scales available by the week or the month. Delivered calibrated and ready to use, which also makes them the fastest way to keep weighing while a permanent scale is being repaired or replaced.

    • Weekly and monthly terms
    • Delivered calibrated and ready to use
    • Cover while a permanent unit is out of service

  6. Finished concrete apron in front of a grey steel industrial building under an overcast prairie sky

Truck scale sales and turn-key packages

Site assessment, scale selection, foundation design coordination, supply, installation, calibration, and certification handled as a single package. One contract and one point of contact rather than a scale vendor, a concrete contractor, and an inspector who each blame the other.

    • Site assessment and scale selection
    • Foundation design coordination
    • Supply, install, calibrate, certify
    • One contract, one point of contact
